I have issues. Loads of issues. One of these issues is that I can’t stop creating stuffs. Some may say this is not an issue because creating is fantabulous. But what if you create so many things that sometimes it feels that you cannot breathe?
To make this issue worse, when I’m stressed out or need a break, that is when I create the most. I stop updating my existing projects and create new things. In this last week, I’ve created THREE new websites. The current website being one of these new websites. The reason why I created this website is because I had to stop updating my old personal blog. I was feeling strangled not having a place to just spew stuff. So this was how I fixed that.
But what about these other two websites? I’m so very glad you asked! I’ve been sitting on this project for months and it has been killing me that I haven’t been able to share it. This new project is another book. This book will be co-written by my partner, Andrew. YAY! The fact that I get to create something with my partner excites me in ways that I could never properly vocalise.
Last night, Andrew did something that not so long ago was unthinkable. Andrew co-hosted my Geeky Pleasures Radio Show and we talked about sex and relationships with our listeners. It was great fun. Just in case you missed it, it will eventually be made into a podcast, once I finish editing the GottaCon podcasts.
After the show last night, I had an idea. I posed this idea to Andrew and he, despite not liking the spotlight, said, “Sure!”
What was this idea? To create a series of websites around our book. These websites would enable our supporters a way to follow the book’s writing progress, plus have a say regarding the content and even have something they say or ask included in the book!!
